Accommodation bookings and residency fees may be eligible for refunds depending on the circumstances of cancellation.

• Cancellations made well in advance of arrival may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

• Cancellations made shortly before arrival may not be refundable.

​

• If Jua Paa House needs to cancel a booking or residency, guests will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule where possible.​
